Yesterday we discovered a NEW favorite! We visited Tabla Indian Restaurant in Midtown Atlanta, and let me just say… WOW! 👏🏽 Everything was AMAZING from the food to the drinks to the service! 🍸 We started with a Lychee Martini and a Tiki Margarita—both were DELICIOUS! 😋 Then came the food… and we did NOT play! We ordered several dishes to share, including: 🥟 Veggie Samosas 🌶️ Lasooni Cauliflower 🥬 Kurkuri Bhindi — those thin, crispy fried okra strips were EVERYTHING! 🍄 Stuffed Mushrooms 🍛 Butter Chicken EVERY. SINGLE. THING. WAS. SO. GOOD! 🤤 And I have to give a special shoutout to our waiter Yatin! He was AMAZING—friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. ❤️ We did make a reservation, although I'm not sure if one is absolutely necessary. I definitely wouldn't mind making one again, especially because this place is going on my MUST RETURN list! And let's talk about the parking! 🙌🏽 There’s a parking garage right there, and you can walk straight out to the restaurant. Easy, convenient parking in Midtown? YES PLEASE! I already know this is going to be one of my TOP Indian restaurants in Atlanta! 🇮🇳❤ Tabla, we'll definitely be back!

The rice was surprisingly delicious! We ordered two different dishes, but they tasted quite similar. The food was flavorful and well-prepared overall. The prices are a bit higher than at most Indian restaurants, and the service was just average. Still, if you’re looking for tasty Indian food, this place is worth trying.

Went here 7/25/2026 for my boyfriend birthday we spent $81 and tipped $10. The food was over priced. $25 for vegetable biriyani and it was a very small portion and under seasoned. $30 for lamb chops the seasoning was well but the texture was mushy. I told our waitress that my lamb chops were mushy and he said “that’s how the make them they are well done” they were more than well done literally mush. We also ordered vegetable samosas they were ok warm when they came out and under seasoned. It seem like the waitresses kept looking at us especially when paying. I won’t be back. & the garlic naan was under seasoned as well.

Hosted a 20 member corporate dinner here this week. Food was great except for a couple of lamb and veggie dishes. Chiccken an seafood options were tender and flavorful, goat handi great. Their Indian appetizers like lamb seekh kebab, chicken tikka and chaat bowl were the highlight. Their assortment of Indian breads were fantastic. Desserts had delicious kulfi (Indian version of ice cream), gulab jamun etc. staff was prompt and hospitable throughout. The air conditioning and lighting was iffy - either too hot or cold in different sections and lights flickered a lot. Overall a solid dining experience overall.

Good food, but definitely can get better Indian for the price. Service and atmosphere of the restaurant were just ok as well. Probably wouldn’t be back, but I enjoyed the meal. The lamb chops were good, and the mango lassi too.
